UTILITIES: For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related operating costs. The utilities fee is based on seasonal usage and property size and ranges from $10-15 per day. The exact amount will be determined based on the season and length of stay. Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
