The home is especially well-suited for families and multi-generational stays, offering a first-floor bedroom with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and separate exterior entrance—perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A three-car garage adds convenience. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, including a spacious suite with a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath; a versatile office/guest room with a queen sleeper sofa; and an expansive primary retreat. The primary suite features an Alaskan king bed, sitting area, fireplace, dual ensuite bathrooms, dual walk-in closets, and a large private balcony with seating overlooking the lake. Outdoors, the property truly shines. The rare lake views—virtually impossible to find without direct lake frontage—set the backdrop for a resort-style yard with a large pool, spa, private sauna, expansive lawn, string lighting, outdoor dining for large groups, and two built-in bar areas with BBQ stations. Other Details to Note

Utilities: For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, routine pool service, landscaping, and other utility-related operating costs. It is based on seasonal utility usage and the size of the property. Seasonal Utilities Fee (excluding pool and spa heating): Summer Season (June 1 – September 30): $89 per day Standard Season (October 1 – May 31): $69 per day Pool & Spa Heating Options Unlimited Heating (Recommended for Monthly Stays) Guests who choose the unlimited heating option will receive full control of the pool and/or spa heating system for the duration of their stay. Where available, access is provided through the property's pool automation app, allowing guests to turn the heating on or off at their convenience. Pool Heating: $59 per day Spa Heating: $39 per day On-Demand Heating For guests who only plan to heat the pool or spa occasionally, heating may be requested as needed. Because these requests require staff scheduling and manual operation of the system, on-demand heating is priced separately. Pool & Spa Heating: $199 per day (3-day minimum) Spa Heating Only: $89 per day On-demand heating must be requested in advance and is subject to scheduling and availability. Our team will activate and deactivate the system for each requested heating period. All heating fees must be arranged and paid prior to use. The pool/spa heating fee is non-refundable, as we have to schedule and activate the heating system in advance. Please Note: Our pool is professionally cleaned and serviced on a regular schedule. Because it is an outdoor pool, it is normal for a few leaves or small debris to fall into the water between cleanings, especially during windy weather. This does not mean the pool is dirty. We do our best to keep it in excellent condition so you can enjoy your stay. Pets: This home is pet friendly and there is a $350 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
