Guest Access

DRIVEWAY: There is a guest house at the end of the driveway, but the driveway is reserved for main house parking. Please note that the owner’s car also be parked in the driveway, but one space is available for guests.

Please note that the third bedroom is designed as a flexible space and can be used either as an additional living room or as a bedroom, as it includes a sofa bed. If you would like the sofa bed to be prepared and made up as a bed for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to check-in so our housekeeping team can have it ready for your arrival. The property is gated with the access via coded entry. This house is located in a great location near tons of stores and restaurants. Great freeway access and not far from LA's favorite attractions.

Other Details to Note

UTILITIES: For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related operating costs. The utilities fee is based on seasonal usage and property size and ranges from $25–$30 per day. The exact amount will be determined based on the season and length of stay. BBQ: The home is equipped with a BBQ grill and propane tank(s). We provide the tanks, but they may need to be refilled during your stay. If you'd like our team to deliver and install a full propane tank, the fee is $69 per tank. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like us to arrange this. Alternatively, you are welcome to refill the tank yourself at a nearby propane refill station or exchange location, paying only the cost of the propane. Pets: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Cameras: We have a ring doorbell security camera by the front door. Ring camera in the backyard. We also have an alarm. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay. In the event that a guest refuses to vacate the property at the agreed-upon checkout time or otherwise creates a situation requiring formal removal through local authorities or court process, the guest shall be responsible for all associated costs. These may include, but are not limited to: legal fees, court filing fees, sheriff or marshal lockout fees, additional nightly charges, and any loss or damages incurred as a result of the delay. The guest agrees to vacate the property on time and acknowledges that failure to do so will result in liability for all holdover and eviction-related expenses.
