At Rent My LA Pad, we believe in providing full, private homes so families can enjoy complete comfort, space, and peace of mind during their stay.

Inside, the home offers an expansive and thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for both entertaining and everyday comfort. The formal living room features a cozy fireplace, while the oversized family room showcases vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. A fully equipped bar with glassware and tools makes hosting effortless, while the dedicated office space provides a quiet and productive work environment. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances and ample space for preparing meals, complemented by two dining areas ideal for gatherings. Each of the five bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, featuring king beds, TVs, and well-appointed finishes. The bathrooms offer a spa-like feel with features such as Jacuzzi tubs, bidet toilets, and elegant vanity areas. Every room is equipped with its own TV, ensuring entertainment and relaxation throughout the home. An electric vehicle charger is also available for added convenience. You have the indoor dining for six, the bar which can seat up to seven and the pool table can also be turned into an additional dining table for six so you could see up to 20 people. Additional chairs for dinners can be found in various rooms and potentially in the garage. -this is a five bedroom home, there is an office that can be separated out like a bedroom with curtains on one side and doors to the last bedroom on the other with a queen sofa sleeper.

Other Details to Note

UTILITIES: For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related operating costs. The utilities fee is based on seasonal usage and property size and ranges from $69–$89 per day (excluding pool and spa heating). The exact amount will be determined based on the season and length of stay. If you would like to add unlimited pool and/or spa heating for the duration of your stay, the additional utility fees are: Pool Heating: $89 per day Spa Heating: $39 per day On-Demand Heating: For guests who only wish to use the pool or spa occasionally, on-demand heating may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange heating. Pool & Spa Heating Options (SHORT TERM STAYS): All pool and spa heating requests must be arranged and paid prior to use and are subject to availability and scheduling. The pool/spa heating fee is non-refundable, as we have to schedule and activate the heating system in advance. Pool Heating: $199 per day Minimum: 3 days Guests who choose pool heating will also receive spa heating at no additional charge. Please note that the pool requires approximately one full day to heat, so heating requests must be made in advance to ensure the pool is ready for your arrival. Spa Heating Only (On-Demand): $59 per session Each session includes up to 4 consecutive hours of spa heating. Please Note: Our pool is professionally cleaned and serviced on a regular schedule. Because it is an outdoor pool, it is normal for a few leaves or small debris to fall into the water between cleanings, especially during windy weather. This does not mean the pool is dirty. We do our best to keep it in excellent condition so you can enjoy your stay. BBQ: The home is equipped with a BBQ grill and propane tank(s). We provide the tanks, but they may need to be refilled during your stay. If you'd like our team to deliver and install a full propane tank, the fee is $69 per tank. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like us to arrange this. Alternatively, you are welcome to refill the tank yourself at a nearby propane refill station or exchange location, paying only the cost of the propane. Pets: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. We also offer rollaway beds for rent at $99 per bed. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to check-in so we can arrange them for your stay. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
