Pool Heating fee as follows: $249 per day must be on entire stay. Spa: $120 per 3-hour time period. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. For rentals of 28 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.
